This exceptional timepiece is built around the legendary Patek Philippe Calibre 23-300, one of the most respected ultra-thin manual-wind movements ever produced.

The movement originally came from a solid 18k gold vintage Patek Philippe dress watch. Rather than allowing such a movement to disappear, an independent watchmaker undertook a months-long process to give it a new and wearable life in a high-quality, hand-finished custom case.

Thanks to the ultra-thin architecture of the 23-300, the finished watch is exceptionally slim, elegant on the wrist, and easily slides under shirt cuffs.
